Facebook for S60V5!

As you all should know, the pre-installed Facebook weblink on the 5800 isn't the best link.

Fret not. The facebook for 5800 is now officially available on Ovi Store!

On a sidenote, as much as i hope the general public can give Nokia more time to whip up it's Ovi Store due to the bad reviews it has had so far, i hope Nokia can include more free applications and games, because if not, it is due for doom, as compared to Apple App Store. Really.

i logged on to the nokia ovi store already and downloaded a few applications!!! it was really fun! the alphabet puzzles helped me pass time while i was in between interviews the last few days!! :) doanloaded the flashlight as well! i remember the i-phone users were bragging abt theirs and nokia's not losing out! :) im sure there will be many more interesting applications for all of us in time to come so stay tuned!!!

The news is not officially out yet, but you can access the store and start downloading right from your phone now!

Go to Download! from your mobile's menu and select Update. You will see the Ovi Store icon. Select it and sign in and viola!

i just painted my nails black and i took a photo of it! i realise tht the 5800 take a good closeup shot! besides the obvious fat hands i have, it shows all the wrinkles and scars on my hands too!! LOL. dunno wat im so happy raving bt it for wat. lol. funny i guess. im a dum dum :) silly.

making melodies in my heart..

whenever i am bored i use my phone, somehow there is always something to do on my phone, or at least i always manage to find something useful to do or to entertain myself with my nokia 5800. was watching a video that was taken back in batam where we were lost on the bus on the way to the fishing village when this guy, Jason, a really humourous guy at it, was entertaining us with his witty lines of playing a tour guide. i had the whole thing captured on video and even now still it never fails to amuse me when im bored :)

so after 6 years of trusty service, my laptop is slowly dying out on me. not entirely unexpected, but somewhat due. with my almost complete reliance on the internet for everything, the nokia 5800 has fast become my replacement therapy when i cannot be bothered to start up the above mentioned device.

i like that the wifi connection is zippy and within seconds i am logged into email, facebook, wikipedia, twitter and the list goes on... best part is the nokia 5800 screen is generous! no more squinting on my e71, which by now is long gone after it was stolen from me last week at ikea.

woo and the battery rocks, i can be surfing, playing music at the same time, for lengths and i still have plenty to spare.

life is good with constant wifi connection and battery power!

The title speaks for itself. To qualify it, I'm only glad the exams will be over, but I'll miss school, for sure. And I want to embark on a Master's, pronto, after a few years of lawyerish experience, of course.

Meantime, check out the great review for the phone. Of course, there'll always be room for improvement. 

PS: Thurs night, let's bring our 5800 babies to take some awesome vids of graduating speeches, shall we? I think we deserve to herald ourselves for 2 minutes at least, for being through the rigorous education journey of meritocratic Singapore. It's been tough on us, this, what, 18 years? (Inclusive of nursery and the likes!) OOH, we also should do a pre-drinks and a post-drinks one. Hur. Like I said, I need to utilize my phone more. I've been neglectful):

Annoyed

My mobile phone comes in handy when i need to vent my frustration.

Nice sunny Tuesday swimming in the pool.

Before you know it, this pair of hands starts grabbing your legs from behind.

I turned around to see this small kid mumbling to me. He was speaking in some god knows what language except english. I snarled at him and continued my laps.

Coming up to lie on the deck chairs getting my tan, the peace was broken when water started splashing on me. Wth!

It's him again!!

He was signalling me to play with him. This time, i snarled and growled. His idiotic mum was sitting there looking and not doing anything. I detest mums who do not discipline their kids.

What a fantastic start to my day.

i've obviously bought myself a fancy new keyboard and mouse cause office crap sucks. haha.

not really related to my phone except that i used the camera for this... lol. anyhowwws. work's totally kicking my ass these days, my days consist of coming to work, breakfast, plugging in my music (music!!) and then it's work! pah.

my phone's music and chips are pretty much the only things keeping me awake at work. lol!
